Greenville – The Greenville City Council has delayed action on residential complaints regarding their utility bills.
The city was to vote regarding an amendment to the way utility charges are assessed and collected.
But Mayor Tom Oliver stated more meetings were needed among city departments to address the issue.
The changes were proposed after complaints from multiple residents about their utility bills were received.
