GREENVILLE - A Royse City man is expected to plead guilty today to multiple charges stemming from a high speed chase.
Bradley Keith Nix has already been convicted of eight felony offenses.
He allegedly stole a vehicle in November 2010, and when an officer attempted to pull him over for a traffic violation, he fled. The pursuit began south of Quinlan and ended in the Community of Cash, when the vehicle Nix was driving entered a pasture of very high grass and became stuck. As Nix surrendered to deputies the stolen vehicle caught fire.
The vehicle he was alleged to have stolen was listed in the indictment as a deadly weapon.
