Crews in Fourth Phase of I.W. Evans Renovation

BONHAM - Construction documents are being prepared for the renovation of I. W. Evans Intermediate at Bonham ISD. The school was approved for a $7 million makeover in May following a successful bond election.

This forth phase of the project is expected to conclude by the end of October, after which contractors can go out for bids. Construction is planned for January 2013.

Upon completion, the facility will be equipped with eight new classrooms and a gymnasium, relocation of the band hall and main office, enlargement of some classrooms, and a new parking lot on the north side of campus.
