GREENVILLE - The rebuilding of Traders Road in Greenville is scheduled for completion within the next few weeks.
The $3.31 million project began last July. On an average day, roughly 5,000 vehicles use the roadway, which runs between Jack Finney Boulevard and Wesley Street.
Before last summer’s construction began, the stretch of pavement had never been upgraded from its original county road condition.
Crews have been installing a four-lane, 48 foot wide concrete roadway with curb and gutter and underground storm, sewer and drainage.
