Greenville – A Delta County man has been indicted for allegedly kidnapping a Campbell woman at knifepoint from her home back in late January.
53-year-old Charles Ray Stevens then allegedly forced her to drive him to Oklahoma. Stevens was later captured near Paris.
The indictment was handed down Friday by the Hunt County Grand Jury.
He has already been sentenced in Lamar County to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to assaulting a public servant in connection with the same incident.
