Deputies consider exhuming murder victim's body

By Scott Harvey

Bonham – KXII-TV is reporting the Fannin County Sheriff's Officer is looking into the possibility of exhuming the body of a 2002 murder victim.

Jennifer Harris' boy was found in the Red River in May of that year.

Since then the FBI, Texas Rangers, and Sheriff's Deputies have launched a lengthy investigation, but no arrests have been made. Now, new details have emerged. However, those details have not been released.

According to Fannin County Sheriff Kenneth Moore, examinations of Harris' body may be crucial to proving new elements in the case. Authorities say they are also looking into past suspects.
