Fannin County – A meeting is scheduled about a proposed reservoir in Fannin County. Additional details concerning the proposed Lake Ralph Hall near Ladonia are to be presented Tuesday. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will conduct the meeting at 4 p.m. in the Fannindale High School Gymnasium.
