The Dallas Chamber is playing the lifestyle card to lure the online retailer and the potential thousands of jobs its second headquarters would bring.

On Thursday morning the Dallas Chamber of Commerce uploaded a videoto its YouTube page designed to lure online retailer Amazon to build its second headquarters in the Metroplex.

The video touts attributes, from tacos and margaritas to innovation and culture, the city hopes Amazon will take to heart. But the chamber’s pitch comes late in the bid cycle.Thursday is the last day Amazon is accepting bids for its second HQ’s host city, and as it stands, Atlanta and Austin are the cities to beat.

What could bode well for Texas is that Amazon is already invested in the state. On Thursday morning Amazon announced the opening of a 253 megawatt wind farm in Snyder, Texas, in Scurry County, about 300 miles northeast of El Paso.

However, Business Insider warns that despite the expected jobs boon Amazon would bring, Austin is one of the cities most vulnerable to what could be crippling spikes in apartment rental rates.

Amazon is expected to make its decision next year.
