GREENVILLE - A second meeting is today between Greenville city officials and a North Texas business looking to occupy a vacant manufacturing plant.
Last week, the Greenville Board of Development approved a letter of intent for Total Equipment and Service regarding the sale of 17 acres of land adjacent to the former Woodgrain Millwork facility.
Total Equipment and Service; based in Granbury, plans to the use the facility for logistics, purchasing and as a warehouse, which will bring about two dozen jobs. They also hope to expand operations in a couple of years and are interested in purchasing 21 acres of land across the street. The company provides materials to the oil and gas industry.
