Commerce – Commerce Police served a narcotics warrant Friday bringing in three suspects and over a pound of marijuana. 33 year old Clyde Holmes Jr., 30 year old Stephanie Pitts, and 38 year old Walter Dixon were all arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana over 4 ounces but under 5 pounds. The charge is a state jail felony.
The warrant was served around 8pm Friday at the Ponderosa Apartment in Commerce after a search warrant was issued for the residence by Justice of the Peace Jennifer Reeves. All three suspects were taken into custody with no injuries to officers or suspects.
Holmes and Dixon were held on $17,000 bond and Pitts was held on $15,000 bond. Pitts and Dixon have since been released on bail.
