Electric bills are about to go up again in Greenville.

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – Electric bills are about to go up again in Greenville. GEUS, the local electric utility system, has announced it will be raising the fuel adjustment charge it passes on to customers again, starting Tuesday. The charge is blamed on increasing natural gas prices coupled with a higher electric load due to above average temperatures in June. Charges will increase from 5.6 cents/kWh to 7.4 cents.
