Failure to "click it" results in tickets for<BR>more than 100 Hunt County residents

By Brad Kellar

Hunt County – A failure to "click it" means tickets for more than 100 people. A report issued Thursday indicated that between May 19 and June 1, the Hunt County Sheriff's Office alone issued 131 safety belt tickets and 11 child safety seat tickets, as well as approximately 253 other citations. The Click It or Ticket campaign is conducted around the Memorial Day holiday each year in order to remind drivers to make the conscious decision to buckle up each time they enter a vehicle.
