Final home game for Commerce tonight

By Kevin Jefferies

Commerce – The Commerce Tigers play their final home game of the season tonight, as they host the Quinlan-Ford Panthers. A 16 year playoff streak for Commerce may come to an end this season, but a small chance yet exists for the Tigers to make the playoffs. If the Tigers win over the Panthers and Wills Point loses to Nevada-Community, Commerce would be the third team from District 10-3A to enter the playoffs. The top two teams are Royse City and Emory-Rains, and they play tonight for the District Title.

Kick off for the Panthers/Tigers game is set for 7:30 tonight at Memorial Stadium in Commerce. You can catch all the live play-by-play action here on 88.9 starting with the pre-game at 7.
