"Final Witness" to document 2008 East Texas murders

By Scott Harvey

Emory – A new TV show will document the 2008 murder of an Emory woman and her two sons and the serious wounding of her husband.

Tuesday's premier of "Final Witness" tells the story of Terry and Penny Caffey and the couple's 13 and eight-year-old sons, who were shot in their home. The house was then set on fire.

The Caffey's teenage daughter, Erin, and her then boyfriend, Charlie Wilkinson, both pled guilty, as did Charles Waid and Bobbi Johnson. All were sentenced to life in prison.

Tuesday's show will air on ABC Tuesday at 9 p.m.
