Commerce – There's now some help for parents needing financial assistance buying their Commerce ISD students clothes that conform to the new standardized dress policy for the middle and high schools. Wal-Mart has agreed to provide two bottoms and three tops for those who qualify for the assistance program.
Applications are available at the Administration Building on Culver Street, Commerce middle and high school campuses, and on the district's website at commerce.ednet10.net. Parents will need to fill out the application and submit it at the Administration Building. Once approved, a voucher will be issued for use at the Commerce Wal-Mart.
