GREENVILLE - A jury has issued a punishment for Guadalupe Ramirez III a day after they convicted the man of his involvement in the 2008 armed holdup of a Quinlan-area game room.
Ramirez was sentenced to a total of 75 years in prison on charges of aggravated assault of a public servant, aggravated robbery and three counts of aggravated assault.
Trial for his alleged co-actor, Darius Demont Williams, is set for January.
Ramirez, Williams and Vincent Thomas all fled followed the alleged robbery of Bonnie Lou’s Game Room. Thomas was killed by a sheriff’s deputy following a shootout after the chase.
