Lake Tawakoni – A fisherman nearly drowned in Lake Tawakoni over the weekend after slipping off a bridge into the water.
The man, whose name was not released, was rescued by a paramedic who responded to the scene. His condition was unknown.
He was said to be unconscious upon arrival by emergency officials before being transported to a local hospital.
