Cooper Lake – There's something a little fishy for the kids this Saturday at Cooper Lake State Park. The South Sulphur unit will be hosting the 20th Free Kids All-American Fishing Day at the Sunset Cove Fishing Pier. Families are invited to come out and enjoy the park and the fishing from 9am to Noon Saturday. Several contests, prize drawings, and a free goody bag will be available for the kids. Participants are encouraged to pre-register for the derby at the Sulphur Springs or Commerce Wal-Mart, and may register from 9am to 9:30am Saturday. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
