Paris, Texas – The fast blazing blaze broke out around 3am this morning and quickly spread before being able to be contained at a homeless shelter in Paris. The shelter, located in the 400 block of Clarksville Street in downtown Paris, had about 40 beds and 28 men were in the shelter at the time of the blaze. Five of them lost their lives.
