Greenville – James Timothy Bonham, of Greenville, was already on parole two years ago when he reportedly began an eight-month string of writing fake checks and creating fake I.D.'s.
He now faces an additional 19 felony counts of forgery and fraud, related to what investigator say was a scheme to defraud multiple victims out of several thousands of dollars.
Bonham has pleaded not guilty. More than 30 witnesses have been subpoenaed to testify.
