Commerce – A fraudulent check operation has been broken up in Commerce. Arthur Lee Moore of Dallas and Monique Shunta Roland of Sulphur Springs were two of the three people taken into custody last week and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and forgery. Each was appointed an attorney Tuesday and is seeking a reduction in their bonds.
