Commerce – The organization Christians Make a Difference invites residents this Thursday to attend a free Thanksgiving dinner.

Turkey and dressing with all the trimmings will be served between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., at the First United Methodist Church along Highway 50 in Commerce.

Those needing a ride to the church can be picked up at their home, and those who are unable to travel may have their meal delivered to them. Volunteers are also welcome to lend a hand.

Information is available by calling the church at 903-886-3220. Those seeking a ride to the meal or delivery service are asked to call by 5 p.m. Tuesday.
