Hunt County – Hunt County Commissioners have unanimously approved money to fund a special prosecutor that to handle sex crimes against children.
A $15,000 stipend will be paid to Jessica Edwards to prosecute such offenses.
The funding will come from the District Attorney's forfeiture fund, which is made up of money seized during drug and other felony cases.
