CHOCTAW COUNTY, OK  - The Choctaw County deputy killed last week following a crash with a fellow patrolman will be laid to rest Thursday.

The ceremony is planned for 2 p.m. at the Valliant High School Auditorium. Deputy Brian Hayden leaves behind a wife and four children, and a fund has been set up at First Bank of Hugo.

Choctaw Tribal Officer Josiah Moore is recovering from serious injuries, after him and Hayden’s vehicles collided along Highway 70 near Soper while responded to a call, as KXII-TV reports.
