Greenville – Electric rates are going up again in Greenville. For the second time in a month, GEUS has announced it will be raising the fuel adjustment charge/power cost recovery factor on customers' monthly bills. The increase, which becomes effective Thursday, will increase the average 1,000 kWh residential user's cost by an additional $10 per month. The increases are being blamed on the rapidly rising cost of natural gas.
