Greenville – A more than $158,000 Skills Development Fund grant obtained by Paris Junior College will go toward training 78 employees of Cytec Engineered Materials in Greenville.
The project cross-trains employees in an effort to increase retention, improve customer communication and enhance production capabilities. It includes training in manufacturing, project management and quality control.
Cytec Industries is a global specialty chemicals and materials company that develops, manufactures and sells a wide range of products used in aerospace, automotive and other industries.
