Greenville – A new shopping center for Greenville is again up for discussion Monday evening.
The Board of Directors of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) is to meet at 5 p.m. at the Municipal Building.
The TIRZ covers pays for public infrastructure improvements, such as sewer lines and roads, within a specific area identified for development.
The Greenville Towne Center would cover 60 acres along the eastbound Interstate 30 service road, starting just east of the Home Depot parking lot.
