Greenville banquet set for Thursday

Greenville – Thursday's annual installation banquet of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and Board of Development is virtually sold out.

The Chamber's Darla Baker said Tuesday that only a handful of tickets remain for the event, which will feature a preview of the 2011 Super Bowl and the naming of Greenville's next "Super" Citizen.

Bill Lively, President and CEO of the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee, will be the guest speaker for the banquet, which is scheduled to start at with a "tailgating party", also known as a reception and hors d'oeuvres, at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner at 7 p.m. in the Fletcher Warren Civic Center, 5501 Highway 69 South.
