Greenville – A local man has pleaded guilty to a charge of injury to a child for allegedly breaking his infant son's arm.
Robbie Wayne McDaniel, of Greenville, entered the plea Tuesday. A presentence investigation was ordered and a punishment hearing set for May 20.
According to the indictment, McDaniel twisted the arm of the five month old child, causing the arm to break on January 11, 2008. The indecent occurred at a residence along U.S. Highway 69 South.
