Greenville – An arrest has been made in connection to last Tuesday's shooting death of a Greenville man, but the original suspect remains at large.
Tyrone Laron McCurdy was still being sought as of Monday evening following the alleged murder of Treybbian Leekey Nelson.
Taken into custody last Friday was 22-year-old Bernard Dale Kelly Jr., of Greenville. He is the second person to be charged in the case.
Hunt County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of McCurdy, who is considered armed and dangerous.
Nelson was taken to a Dallas hospital following last week's shooting, but died from his injuries.
