Greenville seeking funds for new fire station

Greenville – The City of Greenville is trying to find money for a new fire station. The combined fire station and administration facility could cost around $5 million. Fire Chief Doug Cason is hoping to receive federal stimulus money for the project and wants to achieve various other grant funding for the project. The Greenville Council will consider approving the funds during regular session tomorrow.
