A Greenville woman faces murder charges in the shooting death of a 7-year-old boy Thursday.
The Herald Banner and NBC-5 reported that Kaden Green died from a gunshot wound Thursday evening, following an incident on the 4200 block of Pickett Street.
Police say 26-year-old, Brooke Craig and 24-year-old Cameron Castillo were arrested in Frisco, after a chase starting in McKinney. Police have not made any statements about motives for why the gun was fired nor why Craig and Castillo left Greenville.
Craig is facing murder charges in the death. Castillo was arrested in connection with parole violations.
