Greenville – A jury returned both the guilty verdict and an 11 year prison sentence Tuesday against Crystal Heath, following a one day trial.
She had pleaded not guilty to aggravated robbery and engaging in organized crime, although the organized crime count was dismissed.
Heath had been charged alongside another woman in connection to the May 2009 incident. The charges against the second individual were dropped, however, claiming she had no idea the passengers in her car; Heath and a juvenile, were planning to commit a robbery at the Chalet apartments.
