Guilty plea could be entered in felony labeling case

By Brad Kellar

Hunt County – A guilty plea could be entered Monday in connection to bootleg DVD's. A trial is scheduled to begin Monday for Jesse Rodriguez of Lone Oak, one of three people indicted on felony labeling charges following raids last summer on booths at the Quinlan Trade Days sale. Rodriguez was indicted by the Hunt County grand jury in connection to charges of selling allegedly bootleg music and movie merchandise at the flea market. The court's docket indicates Rodriguez might enter a guilty plea instead of going to trial.
