GREENVILLE - A Terrell man is scheduled to plead guilty this week to multiple counts of child abuse.
The admission from Charles Dwayne Mayo Jr. would come a month after Misty Laverna Dale Mayo also pleaded guilty and was ordered to the full range of punishment on each charge, totaling 450 years behind bars.
The pair was alleged to have poured alcohol on two children of less than 14 years of age in 2007 and then set the alcohol on fire. They were also reported to have beaten the children.
