Greenville – A Greenville man has agreed to plead guilty to six felony counts and prison time for his part in a drive-by shooting in May.
18-year-old Ryan Thomas McConley was among three local individuals who had previously entered not guilty pleas to a total of 18 charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
McConley agreed Tuesday to plead to guilty to lesser charges and accept a prison sentence, in exchange for not facing a jury trial later this month.
Under the punishment recommendations McConley will receive 13 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division.
