Guilty pleas heard in robbery and organized crime

Greenville – Guilty pleas from two Greenville men lead to prison sentences for armed robbery and organized crime.

Between them, 19-year-old Khiry Drayon Anderson and 20-year-old Adrian Bernard Kelly entered guilty pleas to a total of 13 felony charges. Sentences for each man will run concurrently, or all at the same time.

Anderson was ordered to serve 20 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division, and will be eligible for parole in 10 years. Kelly was given 15 years, meaning he'll have to serve at least 7.5 before being parole eligible.

Anderson was alleged to have committed armed robberies in Greenville in October, 2008 and to have been one of three people, including Kelly, who conspired together to commit a robbery at gunpoint. Kelly was alleged to have been one of four people who conspired together to rob a man in Greenville at gunpoint earlier that month.
