By Brad Kellar

Commerce, Greenville – Both the cities of Greenville and Commerce are scheduled Friday to host their annual Halloween activities. The annual Halloween on the Square is again set to take place Friday. In Greenville, Lee and Stonewall Streets will be closed between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., as Downtown merchants will be offering candy to trick-or-treaters. Festivities at Crossroads Mall get underway at 6 p.m. Friday, and will last until the candy runs out.

Merchants will also be handing out treats in Downtown Commerce Friday, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. A Halloween carnival is also scheduled to take place on the campus of Texas A&M University-Commerce, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
