Hearings Set for Beleagured Greenville Housing Complex

Hearing dates have been set in the year-old dispute between the City of Greenville and Texas United Housing.

The 354th District Court will hear argument s from current  property owner Sai Patel on Aug. 5 and former owner Deborah Kruppa on Sept. 30.

The hearings revolve around a dispute over unpaid utility bills at the now-boarded-up residential complex on Interstate 30. The complex was host to several suspicious fires last fall, when all utilities were turned off. They’ve remained off since.

Patel’s petition states his intention to make repairs to the complex.
