Derek Price of Hunt County Public Art says the "Hearts for the Arts" Gala at the Emerald Ballroom in downtown Greenville is set for 6:30 p.m., Saturday, February 6. The organization is seeking donations of art and other items for the auction that is part of the event. Hunt County Public Art is hoping to raise $50,000 in the event. One of the new public art projects for 2016 is "Bridge Crossing" by J.J. Savage, to be located in the Commerce City Park (seen in the illustration).
