Hunt County – An autopsy has been ordered on human remains found near Lake Tawakoni Tuesday. Skeletal remains were found off FM 751 yesterday morning along a small ravine. Texas Rangers and the DPS are assisting with the investigation.
No indication of whether the remains were male or female in origin or how long the remains may have been in the area. Hunt County Sheriff Don Anderson did say the sheriff's office received a report in late July of a missing person whose home was less than a mile away from where the remains were found.
