Hunt County – Hunt County delegates and alternates are asked to attend Saturday's democratic convention to elect delegates to the state convention. Of the 260 county delegates selected at the March 4 precinct convention, 22 delegates will be selected at the county convention.
A record turnout is expected for the event, which has forced a chance in venue. The Hunt County Democratic Convention will be at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday in the Greenville High School Cafeteria. The Texas State Convention is scheduled for June 6 and 7 in Austin.
