Greenville – A Hunt County jail escapee has been sentenced to state jail. Tina Ilene McCasland of Greenville had probation on a charge of forgery by utterance revoked Tuesday and was sentenced to 15 months in a state jail. McCasland had forfeited her bond on the charge last week when she failed to appear for a probation revocation hearing. That same day, she reportedly fled from sheriff's officers who were transporting her from District Court to the Hunt County Jail.
