Greenville –
Christopher Scott Carson of West Tawakoni was arraigned Thursday on one count of aggravated assault. Judge Joe Leonard appointed an attorney to represent Carson and set an interim hearing in the case for April 15. Carson was indicted by the Hunt County grand jury in January on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Carson was alleged to have attacked a West Tawakoni man at a residence on the evening of August 1, 2007.
