Hunt County remains H1N1 flu free

By Brad Kellar

Hunt County – There have still been no cases of H1N1 reported in Hunt County.

The latest update from the Texas Department of State Health Services, issued Tuesday morning, revealed Hunt County had none of the 694 cases of H1N1 flu which have been confirmed by the agency so far.

That news comes despite some nearby and contiguous counties that have been affected. Collin County had reported seven confirmed cases as of Tuesday morning, Dallas County 87 cases, while Kaufman and Rockwall counties each had one reported case.

Three people with H1N1 flu had died in Texas at last report, none from any of the counties in North Texas reporting cases.
