The Monday forecast for Northeast Texas includes a 100% chance of precipitation, and at 10:00 AM, wind chill is 27 degrees F.

Submitted to KETR:

Areas of light to occasionally moderate rain will continue to shift across eastern North Texas through the late morning hours. The rain will occasionally mix with a little light sleet or snow along the Red River valley east of Interstate 35 and north of Interstate 30 with just trace accumulations possible on grassy surfaces. Bridges and overpasses across this area may have a few slick spots...but should remain mostly wet. Temperatures will continue to rise into the upper 30s to middle 40s across North Texas through midday with rain gradually ending by early afternoon. Warmer temperatures in the 50s are expected late this afternoon.
