Quinlan – It was the summer of 2006 when three elderly Wills Point residents were traveling east of Quinlan when their car was hit head-on, killing Driver George Alvin Dillard; his wife, Flesta Doris Dillard; and Earnest Peters. Eddie Dale Malone of Quinlan received three sealed indictments for intoxication manslaughter in connection with the deaths. The indictments became public Tuesday after Malone pleaded not guilty to all three.
