A two-vehicle accident at the intersection of State Highway 24 and Farm-to-Market Road 64 has traffic slowed over the lunch hour in Cooper.
It appears the vehicle ran the stop sign at the intersection causing the impact.
Emergency personnel loaded occupants of the black sedan and minivan into ambulances. Cooper Fire Department trucks and rescue, Delta County Sheriff's officers and Highway Patrol were on the scene.
Drivers are advised to proceed with caution as wrecker service will be clearing the area.
