Paris, Texas – The Paris City Council has named a lone candidate as Interim City Manager. Ernest Clark of Tyler said he would talk to each council member individually before deciding to accept the position or not. Clark replaces Tony Williams, who was recently removed from the City Manager position amidst some controversy.
