Judge Caught with Drugs

A marijuana possession charge has been handed down to a Guadalupe County judge.

 According to police, Judge Mike Wiggins was arrested this week after a bellman at a College Station hotel reported smelling what seemed to be burning marijuana. Wiggins told the Seguin Gazette-Enterprise there was nothing he could deny.
